Course content
Prof. Dr. Eric Schott is the Co-Founder of the management consultancy Campana & Schott and holds this seminar since many years discussing exciting case studies in the context of project management.
The seminar will be held in English in order to build international teams who work together on topics related to startup collaboration, e.g. analyzing project management in startups, startup-program design and collaboration in innovative projects between established firms and startups.
During this seminar the students will deep dive into the structure and ways of working of startups and analyze the collaboration between a startup and an established firm. Based on the analysis the students derive recommendations for further improvements and present their final results. Each group works in a self-organized and flexible manner in executing all tasks and delivering a final written report.
