Contents
From theory to hands on innovation processes
Get the practical tools to run innovation projects, learn and practice the innovative framework Blue Ocean Strategy and Business Model Canvas. Both sessions will be a mix of teaching, examples and hands-on exercises with the methods and templates.
Session 1: Practical introduction to Blue Ocean Strategy, get to know the framework, how to run a Blue Ocean Strategy process including structured ideation and idea validation, working with a case company
Session 2: In this block, we will deal with “Outcome-Driven Innovation” as an established tool for capturing relevant customer or user requirements for product innovation. Conceptually, this tool builds on the “job to be done” idea, trying to identify customers’ unmet needs through a systematic and step-wise approach.
Session 3: Practical introduction to Business Model Canvas and Value Proposition Design, get to know the framework, how to work with Business Model Canvas to build new innovative solutions, working with a case company
