Project Management
Within Project Management we offer two lectures, two tutorials and one seminar.
The lecture Project Management is an introduction to the basics of operational project management, the lecture Strategic Project Management focuses on managing a multi-project environment.
Every lecture is accompanied by a tutorial which introduces the students to project management tools by working on specific examples.
The seminar is set up for students with prior knowledge of project management and focuses on case studies on important challenges in managing projects sucessfully.
